1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with a receipt within 30 days from date of purchase.
1.2. Items that are exempt from being returned include:
- Climbing Gear
- Sale items
2. Initiating a Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our shop at 406-995-2313 within 30 days of receiving your item.
2.2. Provide the following information in your request:
Order number,
Reason for return,
Description and condition of the item(s) you wish to return,
3. Return Authorization
3.1. Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Packaging and Shipping
4.1. Please securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging and any accessories.
4.2. Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of requesting the return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Inspection and Refund
5.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
5.2. If the item(s) meet the criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
6. Exchanges
6.1. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in Section 2 and indicate your preference for an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
7. Restocking Fee
7.1. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
